Returns and Exchanges Policy:

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We want you to love the items you purchase from Luci Lulu.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for authorization to return any unused, unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund less the cost of shipping & handling. Used items and personalized items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund and will be returned at customer’s expense.

Please note that special orders, custom made items, sale items and jewelry (unless defective) are all FINAL SALE.

How To Make A Return:

Contact us via email at lucilulu@blomand.net for a Return Authorization Number. We will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our location within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Please include a copy of the return form with a brief explanation for the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please note, we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Please make sure when returning your package to use a method that can be tracked. We can not credit packages that we have not received. Please allow 30 days for credit to appear on your statement.


Warranties:

All conditions and warranties, whether expressed or implied, and whether arising by statute, custom of the trade or at common law are excluded. Luci Lulu & Company shall not be liable for loss of profit, injury, damage or any consequential or special loss or damage sustained by the customer howsoever arising. The only guarantee or warranty that Luci Lulu & Company extends is a guarantee which it itself has from the original manufacturer or supplier of materials used in fulfilling the contract.
