After your Shopping Cart is full, click on "Shopping Cart" at the bottom left of your screen. Review your order and then click the "Go To Payments" button. In the middle of the next screen there is a PayPal button. Click on that button and go through the entire PayPal Checkout process. You will be brought back to our website where you can finalize the order.
Yes. Luci Lulu is secured with a Mals-e Web Server Certificate. Transactions on our site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer "SSL" encryption . In addition, credit card information is sent to us in an encrypted/scrambled format and is 100% secure. We do not keep your credit card information on file.
As you see items that you would like to add to your shopping cart, simply enter in the desired Quantity and hit the "Order" button. When you are finished shopping, click on "Shopping Cart" at the bottom left of the screen. Review your order for accuracy and then select "Go To Payments" button or the "PayPal" button. You will be taken through our secure checkout system. Your order is not complete until you confirm the payment.

We do our best to maintain stock, but unfortunately we do run out of items. To proceed with your order, change the quantity to 0 and hit "Recalculate".
If you are placing your order on www.LuciLulu.com, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. UPS is available and used for larger orders. If you would like UPS, send us a note with your order. We'll notify you of the additional charge for your approval.
We ship packages out very quickly. For all in stock products, generally it takes 1 business day (M-F) for your order to ship. If we are running a sale, your order may take 2 business days to ship. It will then take 1 to 5 business days to reach you, depending on where you live.
Custom items are 2-3 weeks from order date and sometimes less depending on the season. Please message us for rush orders to confirm that we can meet your time frames. We'll be happy to do what we can to help you.
If an item is backordered, you will be sent a message with the estimated ship date. Our vendors ship quickly so we can usually fill a backorder within a week of ordering.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal. You do not have to have an account to make payment. We also accept all payments through PayPal.

After your order has shipped, you should receive an e-mail with your Delivery Confirmation Number. You may also select "Order Tracking" and follow the prompts. If your order has been shipped, it will be indicated there.
